Responsibilities The Front Desk Administrative Assistant needs to manage incoming telephone calls in a courteous, professional manner. They also need to assist the callers as much as possible in the instance that a fellow team member they need is not available. It is key that they take messages as needed as well as screening sales and other calls per firm’s policy. Duties Include:- Greet visitors to the firm.
