Responsibilities

  • The Healthcare Project Manager will lead large scale and complex projects within our healthcare market sector;
  • This role is located in our Austin, TX office;
  • The ideal candidate will lead large design teams for technically sophisticated and diverse project types;
  • This person will have client-facing and team-facing responsibilities; 
  • Forecast and organize project teams for design, development, production and project document delivery;
  • Coordination with consultants, team members and the client;
  • Successfully execute projects by following Page’s and Owner’s protocols in order to reach the best solution; 
  • Develop strong client, consultant and collaborator relationships;
  • Understand budget, code and jurisdictional requirements;
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to the project team;
  • Collaborate on project fee development and project proposals development.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years’ experience in large scale and complex healthcare projects;
  • Degree in engineering, architecture or related field;
  • Experience with multiple project sizes as well as a concentration in large projects valued at $30MM plus;
  • Skilled in architecture and detailing skills as well as proficient in construction administrative processes;
  • Proven effectiveness coordinating with contractors, architectural teams, and consultants;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; and a working knowledge of Revit;
  • Successful at leading and organizing a team of multiple disciplines and consultants;
  • Confident with public speaking and networking;
  • Excellent writing skills; and a strategic thinker 
  • Detail oriented and organized;
  • Available for occasional travel within the US.
