  • We are actively seeking a Recruiter located in one of our Texas cities (Austin, Dallas or Houston);
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for full cycle recruiting thru hire;
  • Manages the job posting process, source candidates, work within our applicant tracking system (iCIMS), schedule candidates, and support the hiring teams;
  • Partners with our HR team and business leaders to determine the needs of the business
  • Responsible for managing the candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Recruits for targeted roles all levels based upon business needs
  • Provides a high level of customer service, support, and expertise in all areas of recruitment;
  • Acts as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and candidates;
  • Utilizes tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Manages back end tools on ATS
  • Sources candidates using techniques such as complex boolean searches and predictive analytics, 
  • Manage, write and post jobs as well as updating the ATS library;


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred;
  • 5+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting and sourcing;
  • Proven collaborator who is eager to work with a high energy team of recruiters and hiring managers;
  • Goal orientated and drive for results individual who prefers sourcing prospects over waiting for applications;
  • Experience and skill in engaging active and passive candidates;
  • Astute in sharing culture, career growth and benefits that are distinct from those of our competitors;
  • Excellent customer service skills to make sure candidates are engaged throughout the recruitment process;
  • Full cycle recruiting experience from sourcing to interview and closing processes;
  • The ability to identify high-performing and diverse talent;
  • Align with the firms EDI goals as well as promote diversity and inclusion through candidate pipelines and sources; 
  • Demonstrated experience in building diverse and inclusive talent pipelines as well as creating strategies to fill future positions;
  • Knowledge of the recruitment industry, and an interest in staying relevant regarding new tools and resources;
  • Skilled in negotiations as well as the ability to close candidates;
  • Strong listening skills; communication skills, organizational and technology skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on multiple projects while meeting deadlines;
  • A team player able to work & collaborate across multiple locations;
  • Experience with iCIMS or other applicant tracking tool, Paychex Flex and Deltek Vision experience a plus
  • Experience using sourcing and search tools (e.g., Linked In, boolean search strings, niche search websites) to find and acquire talent.
  • Knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook;
