  • We are actively seeking an Office Administrative Manager for our Albuquerque office.
  • This person will interface with vendors, suppliers, courier services and the landlord’s property management company;
  • Partner with Page Human Resources to assist in carrying out HR related duties specific to the Albuquerque office;
  • Take direct responsibility for travel management, business meeting planning and special event planning; such as holiday parties and retirement parties;
  • Assist with assuring that all visitors, guests and clients are treated with a high level of sophistication and professionalism;
  • Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping and payroll responsibilities including reconciling and processes invoices and statements, reviewing employee timesheets for correctness; and managing payroll changes;
  • Provide occasional direct support to Page/ Albuquerque Senior leaders in matters requiring discretion and confidentiality.


  • 5 years of experience working as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant;
  • Previous HR and Accounting experience preferred;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office software;
  • Must be dependable, organized, and be able to work independently;
  • Outgoing and team-oriented nature with ability to multi-task;
