We are seeking a Contract Administrator to join our Austin office. The ideal candidate will function as the day-to-day project contact throughout the construction phase and will work closely with the Quality Control Manager, throughout design, in reviewing both quality and constructability. They will be responsible for assisting the team with document reviews, site observations and reports, RFIs, submittals, schedule performance, change management and other documentation. 


Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Ability to work on an active construction site along with previous field experience;
  • Document review, constructability, delivery, documentation, and project coordination;
  • Collaborate with groups of various sizes and dynamics including both internal and external clients.


  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering is preferred;
  • 5+ years of experience working with Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and Owners;
  • Strong background in Design and Construction, specifically in document review, constructability, delivery, documentation, and project coordination;
  • Possess an acute awareness and consciousness of ongoing construction activities when on project sites;
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel;
  • Experience with Online Collaborative Project Management (OCPM) software (Procore, Constructware, E-Builder, etc.) and/or Project Indexing/ FTP Integration software (Newforma, Egnyte, Fieldwire, etc.) is a plus.
