We are seeking to connect with an outstanding Architect to join our office in Dallas, Texas. The official title of this role is Project Architect, with the primary task of managing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be able to lead smaller projects efficiently, as well as co-lead on large projects in a highly collaborative environment. Some key responsibilities and skillsets we are searching for in our next candidate are (but not limited to):


  • Being proficient at monitoring the entire design process from start to finish. Ensuring the overall design intent of the project is properly executed and incorporated into the detailed documentation.
  • Maintaining effective communication with the client, verifying the design requirements and specifications. Conducting progress reviews and delivery of final presentation.
  • Supervising preparation of technical drawings with staff.
  • Utilizing knowledge of building codes. Researching and applying codes into technical documents.
  • Mentoring and directing the work of less experienced staff.
  • Attending on-site visits, field reviews, and project meetings. Preparing and coordinating the review of contractor’s schedules.
  • Meeting with municipal building department and other governing agency officials to coordinate approvals or variances.
  • Directing and coordinating production of construction documents. 


  • Registered Architect required.
  • Experience in Revit required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited school required.
  • 7+ years of related experience, including demonstrated success as a project architect on range of project types including Corporate Commercial.
  • Knowledge of the entire project lifecycle and design process with staff and clients. Knowledge of post-occupancy design process.
  • Ability to produce on projects in various stages of development.
  • A strong sense of autonomy, as well as being able to effective work in a collaborative environment.
  • A proven track record of excellent written and verbal communication skills, management skills and leadership.
  • Construction detailing, Construction Administration experience.
  • Cost estimate experience is a plus.
