Our Planning, Strategies, and Analytics practice provides a diverse array of client support services before, during and beyond conventional architecture and engineering services to expedite decisions, improve project outcomes, and empower client and user teams.

We are looking for the right person to join our nation-wide team of dedicated specialists. We tailor proven techniques including facilitation, research, rigorous analysis and interactive data visualization to address specific client and project needs. Across client and project types, we focus on the application of objective information and proprietary digital tools to help clients make informed decisions while building consensus among stakeholders. Our practice area covers diverse geographies and supports all Page market sectors, so you’ll be exposed to a wide range of interesting projects, working directly with clients.


Responsibilities are project dependent and generally will include:

  • Working directly with clients to investigate client needs
  • Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data and preparing concise summaries
  • Documenting collected information into presentation documents
    (electronic and physical)
  • Conducting spatial and documented research
  • Developing project schedules and budget estimates
  • Facilitating meetings
    (external meetings with clients and user-groups, as well as internal meetings with various project disciplines)
  • Development of client and target user surveys and analysis of findings


The position requires a sharp, inquisitive, quick-learning team player. The ideal candidate is good at everything—good with people, good with numbers, a skilled data analyst, able to synthesize complex information to clarify the big picture, good at hand-drawn graphic communication, and facile with computers and standard software. However, if you don’t have all of these skills, we’ll teach you! The most important characteristics are intelligence, good communications, team attitude, and a willingness to learn.


  • 2-5 years of experience in design-related field; graphic presentation and research experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Curiosity, Eagerness, Flexibility
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in a self-directed role
  • Ability to frame problems and communicate results
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and graphic)
  • Coursework and/or experience in Design Thinking or Systems Engineering a plus
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver) Microsoft Office (Excel & Powerpoint) and ability to learn new software as needed
  • HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, Tableau
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and REVIT strongly preferred
