  • Forecast and organize project design development and production delivery
  • Identify and address design related issues to reach optimal resolutions
  • Partner with Project Manager to forecast and develop project schedules, coordinate delivery deadline sequence, and budget
  • Effectively coordinate with consultants, team members, and the client
  • Ensure project documentation adheres to applicable code, criteria,  and jurisdictional requirements
  • Successfully execute projects by following Page’s and Owner’s protocols and procedures in order to reach the best solution 
  • Provide on-site project assistance


  • 7+ years’ of related experience
  • Active RA license; LEED accreditation preferred
  • Proficient REVIT and technically proficient in creating construction documents for all design phases
  • Ability to organize complex projects from schematic design through construction phase services
  • Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams through effective communications, expectations, and interpersonal skills
  • Skilled at identifying and solving process issues
  • Ability to partner with governing authorities on obtaining building permits, documenting code review, and approvals
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks and adjust work accordingly, often against fast deadlines
