We are seeking a talented Contract Recruiter to join our team at Page. This is a temporary 6-month term with the possibility of extention. We need you to be highly trained at full-cycle recruitment, as this position requires a great amount of independent work and autonomy. Job posting, sourcing, prescreening and submitting candidates to hiring managers will be the majority of the work on the recrutiters desk. There could be a possible need for support from you to help coordinate interview times and possibly extending offers as well. This full-time position is fully remote, so you have the flexibility to work during hours that best fit your desk!


Some additional responsibilities are, but not limited to:


  • Collaborating with the Talent Aquisition team to execute recruiting strategies
  • Communicating with hiring managers and department leads regarding current job needs
  • Running candidate and job reports through iCIMS (ATS) and Linkedin Recruiter
  • Cold calling/emailing candidates from targeted candidate lists
  • Performing reference checks
  • Assiting with onboarding


  • 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high volume staffing enviroment 
  • A demonstrated history of salary negotiation and closing skills 
  • Excellent profciciency with LinkedIn Recruiter and boolean searching
  • Working knowledge of at least 2 Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). iCIMS ATS preferred
  • Successful experience with cold calling, cold emailing 
  • Ability recruit for 20-30 requisitions at a given time
  • Experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry is a plus
