Responsibilities

Page has an opening for a Project Interior Architect to work across a variety of market sectors including: Commercial, Housing, Hospitality and similar design related projects. This role is located in our Austin, TX office. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment with technically sophisticated, design focused projects. This role involves both client and team facing responsibilities and offers tremendous growth potential. 

 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Work with Design leads to forecast and organize project design development and production delivery;
  • Produce 3D drawings, production drawings, and graphic presentations to facilitate client understanding of project design and consultant coordination;
  • Identify and address design related issues as well as following protocol and procedures in order to reach the best resolution;
  • Coordinate with consultants, team members and the client;
  • Proficient in construction administrative processes;
  • Work on projects with Client/Owner/Contractor relationships, budget, schedule, code and jurisdictional requirements;

Qualifications

  • 6+ years’ experience in similarly complex projects across diverse project sectors;
  • Degree in Architecture from an accredited university;
  • Licensed or pursuing licensure in Architecture or Interior Design;
  • Proficient detailing skills;
  • Proficiency in construction administrative processes;
  • Proficient in REVIT, Adobe Suite (particularly Photoshop and InDesign) Enscape as well as Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Ability to create construction project documents in all phases in Revit;
  • Successful at leading and organizing a team of multiple disciplines and consultants;
  • Confident with public speaking;
  • Excellent writing skills;  
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills;
  • Experience working with governing authorities on obtaining building permits documenting code review and approvals.
