Responsibilities

Page is looking for a Project Manager. You must be a motivated team-player to lead and manage projects with our partners and clients. We need an expert with experience and a passion to work across our multidisciplinary market sectors which includes Industrial Technology, Commercial, Government, Academic and Healthcare - related projects.

 

In addition, this person will:

  • Forecast and organize project design development and production delivery; 
  • Coordinate with consultants, team members and the client; 
  • Address project following protocol and procedure in order to reach the best solution; 
  • Work with client/owner contractor relationships, budget, code and jurisdictional requirements; 
  • Offer onsite assistance in constructions observation; 
  • Network to build relationships with new and existing clients.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
  • A degree in Architecture or Engineering from an accredited university is preferred but not required;
  • PE preferred but not required;
  • License in Architecture preferred but not required;
  • PMP Certification preferred;
  • The ability to work on all project sizes including large projects valued at $30MM plus; 
  • Expert in construction administrative processes;
  • Detail-oriented and organized with proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Ability to successfully lead/organize a team of multiple disciplines and consultants;
  • Excellent writing skills;   
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with familiarity of AutoCAD and Revit; 
  • Currently has or eligible for federal security clearance;
  • Available for occasional travel within the US.
