Responsibilities

  • General administrative support to projects in construction
  • Experience with formatting Word documents, electronic filing, archiving, correspondence, scanning, preparing and distributing documents.
  • Ensuring reports are complete, including attachments, supplemental documentation, and process followed through to completion.
  • Contacting stakeholders to acquire missing information and ensure accuracy.
  • Office-centric involvement.
  • Familiarity with Newforma preferred.

Qualifications

  • High-energy, can-do attitude, and a willingness to take on new projects and develop new skills.
  • Receptive to new ideas and eagerness to advance company goals and objectives.
  • 2+ years general office or related experience with superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and ability to work with a number of people at one time on a variety of tasks are also an important function of this job.
  • The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a self-starter, and be able to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Newforma.
  • Customer focused with the ability to present data to a diverse group as needed.
