Page is seeking a creative expert to oversee and manage all aspects of our project photography and videography. The position is located within our Communications Team. This team is responsible for promoting the firm's reputation through the website, social media, all external and internal communications and public relations campaigns, project photography, awards and more. This role can be located in Houston, Austin or Dallas. This person will be highly collaborative with our Marketing and Business Development Teams.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through images and video, will have experience directing both exterior and interior photography, have experience staging and styling in collaboration with design teams, and be highly organized.

Responsibilities will include: 

• Directing the capture of high-quality, compelling project photography/video for storytelling to be used across print, digital, web and social media platforms;
• Development of photography resources for a variety of levels of size, Award and PR potential.  This includes both the hiring of free-lance photographers and training to Page standards;
• Development of process for organizing and implementing national and international project shoots;
• Management of licensing of images with photographers, management companies, clients, and stakeholders;
• Management of annual photography budget;
• Coordination of strategy and prioritization for project photography resources;
• Ensuring all photography/video content upholds company quality standards and is in-line with firm’s brand standards;
• Collaboration with Project Teams and Communications Team to create shot lists;
• Direction and coordination of model subjects in project shoots.  This includes scheduling, directing attire, number of people, and timing as needed by the photographer;
• Coordination of production logistics, including scheduling, travel arrangements, client permissions, on-site security clearances, etc;
• Design and implementation of production workflow for efficient collaboration with Project Teams and Communications Team on postproduction edits;
• Coordination of Project and Communications Team comments with Photographer;
• Organization and tagging of digital assets to digital asset management system;
• Balance of multiple priorities simultaneously, establishment of timelines and estimates and identification of key resources to meet all deadlines;
• This position requires travel up to 20% and occasional availability during evenings and on weekends.

• Bachelor's degree in a design related field such as; communications, photography, videography, or a similarly related discipline;
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working in architectural photography and video;
• Interest in architecture and design;
• High proficiency in Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop, familiarity with collaboration and management websites such as Hightail, and Airtable;
• Proficient knowledge of intellectual property, copyright, and image licensing;
• Ability to multitask and work in a clear and organized manner with the ability to meet multiple concurrent deadlines;
• Able to take and give direction and work independently.
