We are seeking an experienced B2B Communications Director for a growing team that is responsible for protecting and promoting Page’s reputation through storytelling that emphasizes our people. The position holder will collaborate with several other internal team directors to implement a new organizational design with some shared resources. The role requires vision for meeting a rapidly expanding firm’s communication needs with finite resources, experience with metrics to prove the team’s value to the firm’s bottom line and commitment to meeting agreed-upon business goals.
This position marries strategy, collaboration with other directors and management of employees executing multiple communication elements. It requires the expertise to guide lower-level staff in effective execution of traditional and digital media; external stakeholder and employee communications; website and intranet management and content strategy and development. A process-oriented mindset will serve to oversee other aspects of Page’s reputation such as award submissions, top tier project photography process management and cultural content.
The ideal candidate possesses a track record of managing a virtual team and collaborating across offices and business sectors. They should understand how B2B marketing and business development activities intersect and align with the spokes of a corporate communication umbrella. Multiplatform campaign experience from concept to completion is a plus; architectural industry experience is not necessary but a fresh perspective on distinguishing Page within a crowded industry would then be expected.
