Page is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to manage all aspects of communications content collection  including the acquisition of visual assets and written content from staff, project teams, market sectors, office regions, practice areas, human resources and marketing. This individual is responsible for working with the Communications team to align this content across multiple platforms.

This position is located within our Communications Team. The team is responsible for promoting the firm's reputation through the website, social media, all external and internal communications and public relations campaigns, project photography, awards and more. The position is also highly collaborative with our Marketing and Business Development Teams.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for organization, outreach, communication, and collaboration.  You can see the end goal of PR and Media Content and gather visual assets to create a compelling story.  You are flexible and can work collaboratively to meet a deadline.

Responsibilities will include: 

• Organizing and gathering high-quality, compelling project assets for storytelling across print, digital, web and social media platforms;
• Managing an integrated communications roadmap and calendar;
• Development of a process for gathering images and information from multiple sources and formats;
• Collaboration with Project Teams and Communications Team to align communication assets with PR opportunities and deadlines;
• Edit copy to meet format requirements;
• Assist Communications Team in writing copy for website/blog, internal and external marketing communications, and materials;
• Support Content for posting on social media platforms to include LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter;
• Support Content Development for press releases;
• Assist Communications Team with corporate events and sponsorship management;
• Track and compile Communications Team related data and metrics.

• Bachelor's degree in communications related field, including public relations, photography, videography, or related discipline;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in communications or public relations related field;
• Interest in architecture and design;
• High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills:
• Proficient at adapting style and content for the intended audience;
• Knowledge of intellectual property, copyright, and image licensing;
• Ability to multitask and work in an organized manner to meet multiple concurrent deadlines;
• Demonstrated skills in multitasking as well as working in a dynamic and changing environment, either independently or as part of a team.
