Responsibilities

Page DC seeks an Administrative Office Manager to manage many detailed aspects of our daily administrative operations.

  • Takes direct responsibility for travel management, business meeting planning and special event planning; such as holiday parties and retirement parties
  • Serves as the point of contact for vendors, suppliers, courier services and property management company
  • Assists with assuring all visitors, guests and clients are treated with a high level of sophistication and professionalism
  • Partners with Human Resources and Project Administrative team to assist in carrying out related duties specific to the DC office
  • Assists with day-to-day bookkeeping and payroll responsibilities including reconciling and processes invoices and statements, reviewing employee timesheets for correctness and managing payroll changes
  • Supervises the duties and responsibilities of the front office administrator and other support staff

Qualifications

  • Five years of office management experience overseeing direct reports
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, mentor and influence 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new or updated software tools and systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Dependable, punctual, able and willing to work onsite 5 days/week
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and persistent with needed follow-up
  • Ability to remain calm under stressful situations
  • Adept at implementing workflow enhancements and/or process improvements
  • Outgoing and team-oriented nature with ability to multi-task
  • Dependable, punctual, able and willing to work onsite 5 days/week
