Recruiter

Page is seeking a Recruiter. In this role, you will partner with our organization and leaders to determine the needs of the business. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the company’s job posting process, sourcing candidates, working within our applicant tracking system, scheduling, and coordinating with hiring managers.

• Achieves staffing goals by timely recruiting qualified individuals;
• Provide a high level of customer service, support, and expertise in all areas of recruitment;
• Ability to be a trusted advisor to and guide hiring managers with recruitment goals;
• Administers Job Posting Process accurately and timely;
• Utilizes present-day recruiting tools creatively, effectively and cost-efficiently;
• Accuracy, confidentiality, efficiency and professionalism are essential;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on multiple projects while meeting deadlines;
• Strong communication, organizational and technology skills;
• A team player able to work & collaborate across multiple locations;

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but relevant work experience in Recruiting and Sourcing will be considered.
• 3+ years of experience in full cycle, and corporate recruiting preferred;
• Experience and skill in engaging active and passive candidates;
• Excel in telling the Page story as well as describing our unique career possibilities, advantages, and rewards that are distinct from those of our competitors;
• The ability to make sure candidates are engaged in and satisfied throughout the recruitment process;
• Leverage your growing relationships with talent pools and your understanding of talent markets to qualify and develop talent pools to address immediate and near-term talent needs;
• Develop a pipeline that generates the candidates needed to meet the future talent needs of the business;
• Interact with our candidates, bringing them through the interview and closing processes while providing support;
• Ability to effectively recruit qualified candidates for position openings. This includes using new and creative recruiting methods, sources, advertising and events to ensure qualified and diverse candidate pools;
• Promote diversity and inclusion in multiple aspects, including the ability to identify high-performing and diverse talent;
• Proven experience in gathering information for the purposes of recruitment, customer requirements, business needs, and other subjects;
• Knowledge of the recruitment industry, including organizations, key contacts, strategies, and offerings;
• Skilled in negotiations with others by listening to their objectives, acting as the company's representative to effectively close candidates;
• Knowledge of Talent Pipelines, a proactive talent supply strategy involving the creation of a continuous stream of highly qualified candidates in anticipation of filling critical and recurrent positions;
• Experience using sourcing and search tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Boolean search strings, Job Posting websites) to find and acquire talent.
• Exceptional MS Office suite skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint;
• Must have iCims experience or other applicant tracking tool, Deltek Vision experience a plus;
• Occasional travel required.
