Responsibilities

 

  • Take direct responsibility for business meeting planning, occasional travel planning for senior leaders, as well as special event planning;
  • Assist with assuring that all visitors, guests and clients are treated with a high level of sophistication and professionalism;
  • Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping responsibilities including reconciling and processes invoices as well as additional duties as required;
  • Provide occasional direct support to Page/Austin's Senior Principals in matters requiring discretion and confidentiality.

Qualifications

 

  • 7+ year of experience working as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office software;
  • Must be dependable, organized, and be able to work independently;
  • Outgoing and team-oriented nature with ability to multi-task.
