Responsibilities

 

  • Serves as the extended arm of the Senior Principal 
  • Manages all aspects of the Senior Principals calendar 
  • Edits, reviews and/or crafts documents for, or on behalf of, the Senior Principal
  • Takes direct responsibility for business meeting planning, travel planning, as well as special event planning
  • Partners with Page Human Resources and provides support, when needed 
  • Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping responsibilities including reconciling and processes invoices
  • Provides administrative support to the Front Office Administrative staff

Qualifications

 

  • 5-7 years of C-Suite administrative support
  • Stellar verbal and written communication skills - ability to cater tone and message based on audience
  • Works effectively independently and collaboratively
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Adept at “managing up” and anticipating the needs of the Senior Principal
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new or updated software tools and systems
  • High stress tolerance and adept at pivoting directions
  • High level of emotional intelligence, tenacity, integrity and discernment
  • Dependable, punctual, able and willing to work onsite 5 days/week
