Responsibilities

  • Work effectively with engineers and architects to design and document mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems using AutoCAD and Revit
  • Design and layout mechanical and plumbing systems with general guidance under supervision of the Project Manager or Engineer
  • Schedule and coordinate mechanical and plumbing equipment
  • Attend pre-design, design, review, and construction meetings with clients
  • Follow company quality control standards
  • Attend meetings, seminars, and conferences on code and energy related topics

Qualifications

  • Proficient in both AutoCAD and Revit MEP
  • Technical and/or vocational background related to MEP systems, preferred
  • Detail oriented and strong time management skills
  • Adept at working independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled at coordinating and prioritizing multiple projects and tasks
  • Strong commitment to project success
