Responsibilities

We are seeking a Site Process Construction Administrator to join our Albuquerque office. The ideal candidate can have experience as an Engineer or Designer and can work onsite with our client in Rio Rancho.

 

  • The ideal candidate will function as the day-to-day project contact throughout the construction phase;
  • Partners with the Quality Control Manager, throughout design, in reviewing both quality and constructability;
  • Assists the contract project team with document reviews, design verification, site observations and reports, RFIs, submittals, schedule performance, change management and other documentation as required.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred;
  • Professional Engineer License or the ability to gain licensure is preferred;
  • 5+ years of experience working with Engineers, Architects, Contractors, and Owners;
  • Strong background in Design and Construction, specifically in document review, constructability, delivery, documentation, and project coordination;
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel are required minimums;
  • Experience with Online Collaborative Project Management (OCPM) software (Procore, Constructware, E-Builder, etc.) and/or Project Indexing/ FTP Integration software (Newforma, Egnyte, Fieldwire, etc.) is a plus.
