  • Manage one or more medium to large-sized projects;
  • Produce and coordinate a complete set of construction documents for permitting and bidding for projects;
  • Lead coordination of consultants of all disciplines;
  • Lead day-to-day construction administration activities;
  • Provides oversight and monitoring of the work performed by support staff;
  • Develops trusted relationships with clients.


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university preferred;
  • The ideal candidate will have 10+ years’ experience;
  • Proficient REVIT skills;
  • Possess a desire to become LEED accredited as well as a Registered Architect;
  • Self-directed with clear communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to forecast and organize project design development and production delivery;
  • Ability to identify and address issues in order to reach the best resolution;
  • Ability to successfully lead/organize a team of disciplines and consultants;
  • Architecture and detailing skills and proficient in construction administrative processes;
  • Understanding of construction processes and methods and how it impacts the project.
