About Page/Branding & Graphics:

 

Our 10-person team is the Austin-based branding and experience design studio within Page. We create strong and authentic brand experiences - print, signage, specialty graphics and digital. We have a diverse range of project types across many sectors, client types and project sizes. Our clients are in housing and hospitality, higher education, art, culture and non-profit as well as corporate and commercial markets. 

 

As part of a larger firm, the Branding & Graphics studio collaborates in cross-disciplinary problem-solving with other Page discipline groups including: Architecture, Interior Architecture, Campus Planning and Urban Design.

We are seeking an experienced designer who has a proven record of success leading creative efforts and delivering great design in the discipline of Experiential Graphic Design (EGD).

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead projects from concept thru documentation that include branding, graphic design, experiential graphics, signage, print and digital communications; 
  • Create and pitch design strategies and concepts to designers within our studio as well as to our clients;
  • Develop concepts into visual identities.
  • Apply concepts to deliverables and document as brand standards;
  • Design identity systems that can be applied across multiple touchpoints;
  • Lead projects and tasks from concept to delivery;
  • Provide creative input and design direction as needed to other designers;
  • Successfully produce deliverables within scheduled timelines and client budgets.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor or Master's degree in graphic design, communication or environmental design preferred;
  • 7+ years of professional design work experience across a range of disciplines;
  • Professional demeanor, positive attitude, eagerness for learning and knowledge-sharing in a collaborative studio;
  • Demonstrate initiative using a proactive approach to problem solving;
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines;
  • Commitment to creating the best result;
  • A strong portfolio showing design sensibility, composition and typographic skills.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite;
  • Significant knowledge and interest in typography.
