We are seeking a Construction Contract Administrator to join our Chandler, Arizona office. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Architecture or Engineering experience including 7 + years devoted directly to Contract Administration servicing Healthcare, Government, Semiconductor or Science & Technology Projects. This role will require the ideal candidate to work in our Albuquerque, New Mexico office throughout a 12-month period.


The CA will function as the day-to-day project contact throughout the construction phase. This person will work closely with the Quality Control Manager. Additionally, he or she will be responsible for assisting the team with document reviews, site observations and reports, RFIs, submittals, schedule performance, change management and other documentation. This candidate must be particularly suited for working in a dynamic and a constantly changing work environment. Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Work and collaborate with a variety of technical individuals weather they are Owner Representatives, CM/GC Contractors or specialty Engineers or Consultants;
  • Communicate with the in-house design team and demonstrate a thorough understanding of Project Scope, Budget & Schedule;
  • Establish and maintain a record keeping System for the Project;
  • Respond to the Contractor’s Request For Information (RFI);
  • Track changes to the Construction Documents;
  • Review Contractor’s Application & Request For Payment (A&CFP);
  • Review Shop Drawings, Product Data and Sample Submittals;
  • Prepare Field observations and Reports and records;
  • Facilitate Project Completion and Closeout;
  • Study Page Quality Process Assurance (QPA) manual and act as the subject matter expert on Page standards and guidelines.


  • The ideal candidate will have 7 + years of experience working with Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and Owners;
  • Active RA or PE license or the ability to become licensed;
  • Experience in Design and Construction, specifically in document review, constructability, delivery, documentation, and project coordination;
  • Ability to work with governing authority on obtaining building permits, documenting for differing code/Inspector field interpretation;
  • Interest in pursuing additional field/site safety training provided especially OSHA certifications;
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel; 
  • Experience with Online Collaborative Project Management (OCPM) software and/or Project Indexing/ FTP Integration software (Newforma or Egnyte) preferred;
  • Able to pass our clients background and security checks;
  • Demonstrate good verbal and written communication, record-keeping and project filing skills.
