We are seeking a Construction Contract Administrator to join our Chandler, Arizona office. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Architecture or Engineering experience including 7 + years devoted directly to Contract Administration servicing Healthcare, Government, Semiconductor or Science & Technology Projects. This role will require the ideal candidate to work in our Albuquerque, New Mexico office throughout a 12-month period.
The CA will function as the day-to-day project contact throughout the construction phase. This person will work closely with the Quality Control Manager. Additionally, he or she will be responsible for assisting the team with document reviews, site observations and reports, RFIs, submittals, schedule performance, change management and other documentation. This candidate must be particularly suited for working in a dynamic and a constantly changing work environment.
