Collaborate with Page Designers as a team member of the Page Maker Space. In addition to working on projects to develop models, there will be other opportunities to support efforts outside of the Maker Space.

  • What You Will Do

    Support design team by building architectural models

    Advise design team on which materials and fabrications methods you recommend

    Maintain supplies and machinery in the model shop

    Train others on how to use the equipment


Bachelor/Master’s degree in Architecture in progress or completed

At least 1-2 years of relevant experience working in Maker Spaces

Experience using a Makerbot and Laser Cutter

Experience making physical models with different materials (plexiglass, styrene, wood, chip board, etc.)

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)

Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and other 3D modeling software
