We are seeking  candidate with 10+ years’ experience. You will have an ability to effectively communicate across a variety of technical, professional and managerial professionals, and  be  suited for working in a constantly changing work environment.   • Ability to forecast and organize project design development and production delivery;
  • Identify and address issues following protocol and procedure in order to reach the best resolution;
  • Superior architecture and detailing skills;
  • Proficiency in construction administrative processes;
  • Proven success on projects with Client/Owner/Contractor relationships, budget, schedule, code and jurisdictional requirements;
  • Experience in construction observation and on-site assistance;
  • Understanding of construction processes and methods and how it impacts the project.


  • Proficient in REVIT; 
  • Leadership experience in overseeing a team;
  • Experience with creating construction project documents in all phases in Revit;
  • Must be self-directed with clear and succinct communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to organize project design development and production delivery;
  • Ability to identify and address issues in order to reach the best resolution;
  • Experience in leading and organizing a team of disciplines and consultants;
  • Ability to liaison with governing authorities to obtain building permits and document code review and approvals;
  • Strong architect and detailing skills as well as proficiency in construction administrative processes;
  • Works well under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks and adjust work accordingly, often against fast deadlines;
  • Licensed Architect in addition to LEED Accreditation.
