We are seeking a candidate with 10+ years of experience in Healthcare and Healthcare planning. You must have an ability to effectively communicate across a variety of technical, professional and managerial professionals. You will be particularly suited for working in a constantly changing work environment. Responsibilities include:

  • Organizing project schematic design, design development and production delivery;
  • Forecast and Identify key project issues and assist in issue resolution in a timely manner;
  • Strong architectural understanding and detailing skills;
  • Proficient in construction administrative processes;
  • Successfully produce projects with Client/Owner/Contractor relationships, budget, schedule, code and jurisdictional requirements;
  • Work with governing authorities on obtaining building permits documenting code review and approvals;
  • Successfully lead and organize a team of disciplines and consultants.


  • Proficient in REVIT;
  • Active RA license, LEED Accreditation preferred;
  • Experience in construction observation and on-site assistance;
  • Understanding of construction processes and methods and how it impacts the project;
  • Leadership experience preferred;
  • Create construction project documents all phases in Revit;
  • Self-directed with clear and succinct communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to organize project schematic design, design development and production delivery;
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks and adjust work accordingly, often against fast deadlines.
