Overview

Page is looking for a Senior Project Manager for our Austin, Texas office. You must be a motivated team-player to lead and manage projects with our partners and clients. We need an expert with experience and a passion to work in our Industrial Technology market sector which includes Data Center, Mission Critical, and Semiconductor-related projects. Will you join us? 

 

Responsibilities

  • Forecast and organize project design development and production delivery; 
  • Coordinate with consultants, team members and the client; 
  • Address project following protocol and procedure in order to reach the best solution; 
  • Work with client/owner contractor relationships, budget, code and jurisdictional requirements; 
  • Offer onsite assistance in constructions observation; 
  • Network to build relationships with new and existing clients.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering from an accredited university;
  • Licensed Engineer;
  • 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager with experience in Industrial Technology, Data Center, Clean Room, Science &Technology and Semiconductor projects;
  • The ability to work on all project sizes including large projects valued at $30MM plus; 
  • Expert in construction administrative processes;
  • Detail-oriented and organized with proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Ability to successfully lead/organize a team of multiple disciplines and consultants;
  • A proven track record with public speaking and networking;
  • Excellent writing skills;   
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills; 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with familiarity of AutoCAD and Revit; 
  • Currently has or eligible for federal security clearance;
  • Available for occasional travel within the US.
