Page has an exciting opportunity for an Executive/Office Administrative Support position based in our Houston. TX office.
Greet clients, visitors, candidates and vendors in a courteous and professional manner. Communicate effectively, professionally and with tact when working with clients on administrative matters. Book travel arrangements such as flight and hotel accommodations, transportation, etc. for the Houston office leads. Provide calendar and meeting management for the Leaders with strategic interface between Leader and project delivery teams in schedule management. Pull historical project information, and data from past client engagements for business development proposals. Compose, edit and proof simple to moderately complex documents, contracts and spreadsheets. Coordinate in-house or off-site meetings and events, including meeting materials, equipment set-up, and ordering and set-up of food and beverages. Ensure front desk, lobby, common areas and conference rooms are neat and maintained. Prepare expense reports/reimbursement requests. Assist with the coordination of social events sponsored by the firm and partners. General office assistance.
Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of five years of related experience working as an Administrative Support professional required. Experience working in a professional services firm preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail, self-starter and focus on accuracy with work. Ability to work in highly collaborative and deadline driven environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. Experience with Deltek Vision and/or other accounting software preferred. Strong initiative.
