Electrical Designer

Page has an immediate opening for an Electrical Designer in our Chandler, Arizona office. You will be supporting projects in the Industrial, Datacenter, Mission Critical, Healthcare, Higher Education and Government market sectors.

• Apply engineering principles and practices to diverse design and design/build projects;
• Support project team in the execution of projects;
• Develop electrical designs from concept through construction including preparing one-line/three-line diagrams, circuit schedules and directories, equipment and raceway routing plans, process flow diagrams (PFD), piping and instrumentation diagrams (PID), loop wiring diagrams, logic diagrams, sequences of operation, input/output databases, construction specifications and other documentation;
• Check and correct drawings and associated project paperwork as required;
• Work closely with project team to ensure that the drawings convey the correct information and are accurate;
• Travel may be required;
• Other duties as assigned.

• A minimum of five years of experience in electrical design in the semiconductor, oil and gas, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and industries referenced above;
• Experience developing electrical construction documents in compliance with NFPA 70;
• Experience developing sequence of operations, functional instrument diagrams, P&ID loop schematics, process flow diagrams, electrical schematics in compliance with ISA standards and practice;
• Experience designing power distribution, lighting and control systems for cleanroom and industrial mechanical HVAC systems;
• Experience with AutoCAD, AutoCAD MEP, Revit, NavisWorks, Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat, MS Office programs;
• Must be proficient in communication and organization.
