About Page/Branding & Graphics:

Our 10-person team is the Austin-based branding and experience design consulting group within Page. We create strong and authentic brand experiences with our work in branding, graphics and the built environment. We have a diverse range of project types across many sectors, client types and project sizes. Our clients include those in the worlds of housing and hospitality, higher education, cultural and civic institutions, non-profit organizations and corporate and commercial markets. 


As part of a larger firm, the Branding & Graphics studio also collaborates in cross-disciplinary problem-solving on projects with other Page discipline groups including: Architecture, Interior Architecture, Campus Planning and Urban Design. We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Designer to join our Austin office.


Our studio is energetic and our teams are made up of professionals with expertise in branding, graphic design, experiential graphic design, communications, industrial design, technology, and organization development. As problem solvers, we begin with strategy and discovery and extend a brand promise, to print, digital, and built environments.

We are seeking a Senior Designer who has a proven record of success cultivating and building collaborative client relationships, leading creative efforts, and delivering industry-recognized designs.


Responsibilities include

  • Lead projects from concept thru documentation that include branding, graphic design, print and digital and communications; as well as experiential graphics;
  • Create and pitch design strategies and concepts within our studio and to clients;
  • Develop concepts into cohesive identities, programs and standards;
  • Design identity systems that can be applied to the environment and experiential graphics;
  • Lead projects and tasks from inception to finish; but also be able to jump into projects and provide design support and input as needed;
  • Provide creative input and design direction as needed to other designers;
  • Collaborate with other team members from a variety of disciplines;
  • Successfully produce deliverables and work on schedule and within client budget;
  • Maintain strong organizational and time management to be able to work on multiple projects at once and deliver on deadlines;
  • Lead client meetings and presentations;
  • Project management for internal team as well as client coordination.


  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in graphic design, communication design, or similar;
  • 7+ years of professional design work experience across a range of disciplines.
  • A strong portfolio showing design sensibility, composition and typographic skills.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite;
  • Significant knowledge and interest in typography.
  • A successful candidate will demonstrate:
    • Deep knowledge across a broad range of design disciplines and be comfortable in the varied worlds of branding, graphic design, and experiential design.
    • A well-known and positive reputation in the design community as well as a broad professional network.
    • A willingness to work on a very wide range of project types—some large, some small, some exciting, some workaday.
    • Ability to work on multiple projects at a given time and be quite flexible. 
    • Success in collaborating across disciplines, including architecture, interior architecture, urban planning and campus planning.
    • Team-player attitude and work style, and willingness and ability to collaborate with others on any project.
    • An understanding of, and commitment to sharing, design and art history, as well as a keen awareness of what’s-happening-now.
    • A collegial nature, and the ability to mentor to and teach less experienced design professionals.
    • An easy-going manner and positive attitude.
