Responsibilities

Page Southerland Page’s Denver office and Analytics team seeks someone to conduct data analysis on a variety of data sets.  Knowledge of higher education data sets a plus. Data pattern recognition and attention to detail are critical.  Needs to be able to work with developer team to assist in the design of user interfaces, visualizations, and reports.  On-going maintenance and customizations of reports and processes are a part of this position.  Understanding import and export protocols for use in a variety of software required.  Project prioritization is critical for meeting deadlines.  Other skills Client project work (data analysis) is 70% of the job while programming and visualization development is another 30%.  Attention to data detail is critical.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field
  • 5 year’s professional experience
  • Ability to analyze data and create a variety of visualizations are a must
  • Advanced MS Access and/or SQL skills in tables, query design, and report generation
  • Experience with importing and exporting data across different software platforms including CAD, Revit, and Rhino
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel a plus; use of Tableau and/or Power BI a plus
  • Experience with higher education, architecture or facilities planning a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, troubleshooting, team player and positive attitude
