Responsibilities

The Page Central Services Marketing (CSM) Studio has an opportunity for an organized, motivated marketing support specialist to join our growing team. This position is available in our Austin, Dallas, Houston and Washington DC offices.

 

  • Responsible for providing specialized support to the CSM Studio in all tasks associated with the preparation of qualifications statements, proposals and presentations
  • Assist with research, layout, development, editing and production of various marketing materials
  • Coordinate, manage and maintain marketing and business development resources including print and electronic collateral, databases, and other support materials
  • Miscellaneous marketing support

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Development, Graphic Design, Journalism, or related field is preferred, but not required
  • 1+ years of experience in the coordination and preparation of marketing materials for a professional service company or similar preferred
  • Creative and enthusiastic team member
  • Ability to work in a team-focused, fast-paced environment managing multiple deadlines
  • Proactive, resourceful, self-starter with excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Strong graphics, written and verbal communication skills as well as keen attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite is essential (specifically InDesign)
  • Experience in an architectural, engineering, or construction environment strongly preferred, but not required
