    • Set up new Revit MEP projects based on existing project templates;
    • Develop electrical designs from concept through construction including preparing one-line/three-line diagrams, circuit schedules and directories, equipment and raceway routing plans, process flow diagrams (PFD), piping and instrumentation diagrams (PID), loop wiring diagrams, logic diagrams, sequences of operation, input/output databases, construction specifications and other documentation;
    • Develop electrical construction documentation under supervision of assigned engineering, design, and BIM supervision utilizing primarily AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP;
    • Create detailed field installation drawings and fabrication drawings;
    • Create, modify, and update Revit MEP families as required for specific projects;
    • Perform file management functions such as posting models, downloading model updates, managing links, and historic versioning;
    • Attend coordination meetings, communicate with other trades, and create/extract reports as required.


    • Minimum of five years’ experience in electrical design in the semiconductor, oil and gas, petrochemical, or pharmaceutical industries;
    • Experience developing electrical construction documents in compliance with NFPA 70;
    • Experience developing sequence of operations, functional instrument diagrams, P&ID loop schematics, process flow diagrams, electrical schematics in compliance with ISA standards and practices;
    • Experience designing power distribution, lighting and control systems for cleanroom and industrial mechanical HVAC systems;
    • Experience with AutoCAD, AutoCAD MEP, Revit, NavisWorks, Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat, MS Office programs.
