    • Manage one or more small to medium-sized projects and/or portions of large sized projects
    • Produce and coordinate a complete set of project construction documents for permitting and bidding 
    • Coordinate consultants across all disciplines
    • Lead day-to-day construction administration activities
    • Provides oversight and monitoring of work performed by support staff
    • Develops trusted relationships with client and partners



    • A bachelor's degree in Architecture and be a licensed registered architect
    • A minimum of 7 years of experience
    • Proficient skills in REVIT is required
    • Strong architecture and detailing skills
    • Proficient in the construction administration process
    • Strong understanding of the construction processes and methods
    • Ability to forecast and organize project design development delivery
    • Ability to identify and address issues in order to reach the best resolution
    • Ability to successfully lead/organize a team of cross-discipline colleagues and consultants
