    Responsibilities

    We are currently seeking to fill a position in our San Francisco office with a highly motivated and creative planner. This position has significant growth potential in our expanding planning and urban design practice. 

    • Provide planning input on a wide range of project types including plans for higher education campuses, research and innovation districts, urban districts and neighborhoods, transit-oriented developments, and mixed-use, residential, and commercial developments
    • Collaborate with senior Page planners, as well as urban designers, architects, landscape architects, and other planning and design professionals to create integrated, sustainable, memorable and implementable solutions to complex planning problems
    • Assist with data analyses, including master plan level program and space planning studies
    • Prepare planning graphics for project reports and meetings

    Qualifications

    • Three years’ experience or more preferred
    • Graduate degree in planning or related field
    • Experience in a range of project types consistent with our practice areas
    • Strong planning, writing, graphics, and quantitative analysis skills
    • Ability to apply technology and software applications creatively to support planning solutions
    • Higher education campus planning experience a plus
    • Knowledge of the regulatory and development environment in California is desirable
