    We are seeking a full-time Construction Contract Administrator to join our Austin office. 


    The Construction Contract Administrator will function as the day-to-day project contact throughout the construction phase and will work closely with the Quality Control Manager, throughout design, in reviewing both quality and constructability. They will be responsible for assisting the team with document reviews, site observations and reports, RFIs, submittals, schedule performance, change management and other documentation. 




    • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering is preferred. 
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience working with Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and Owners. 
    • Strong background in Design and Construction, specifically in document review, constructability, delivery, documentation, and project coordination. 
    • Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel are required minimums. 
    • Experience with Online Collaborative Project Management (OCPM) software (Procore, Constructware, E-Builder, etc.) and/or Project Indexing/ FTP Integration software (Newforma, Egnyte, Fieldwire, etc.) is a plus. 
    • Demonstrate good verbal and written communication, record-keeping and project filing skills.
