    Responsibilities

    Page is seeking a highly creative person who is passionate about design to join an empowered employee environment in our multidisciplinary San Francisco office that provides architecture, planning, urban design, landscape architecture, and consulting services on large, complex projects around the world. You will play a key role in pursuing new work and building Page’s brand recognition. You’ll produce proposals that are well written and graphically strong. You’ll develop and update marketing collateral, and you’ll assist with digital marketing, website development, and social media.

    As a Marketing Coordinator at Page, you will be responsible for working with senior management, market and practice leaders, and the marketing studio to develop and implement marketing organization and strategies that align Page to win new work.

     

    • Manage the overall pursuit process to ensure overall theme, technical scope, staff qualifications, and experience are accurate, well written, and graphically pleasing.
    • As part of the Central Services Marketing Group, produce and ensure the delivery of top quality, on-time and effective proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, etc. Act as process driver to ensure the most efficient procedures and protocols are in place. Write portions of the proposals as appropriate.
    • Provide input and collaboration to help establish priorities and protocols for responding to RFP’s and other marketing related inquiries. Work closely with marketing, business development, market and practice leaders, and project delivery staff when producing proposals and other related materials.
    • Oversee the maintenance of all marketing related files (electronic and paper), including up-to-date files of proposals, interview materials, images, resumes, project data sheets, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
    • Responsible for accuracy of information populated into existing CRM System (Deltek Vision), and oversee the production and maintenance of weekly and monthly marketing reports/leads.
    • Lead other marketing, communication and business development efforts as needed.
    • Assist the Central Services Marketing Studio team and other marketing coordinators as needed (Multi-Office).

     

     

     

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications, English, Graphic Design or related design field such as Architecture, Planning, or Landscape Architecture.
    • 3-5 years of marketing experience within the A/E/C industry or comparable professional services environment.
    • Strong writing and graphic skills, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
    • Experience with MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite software is mandatory. Vision CRM or compatible software skills are a plus.
