    Page is seeking a qualified Sustainability Specialist to join our team in our Dallas TX office. The position will assist in managing the firm's sustainable design efforts for projects, including certification processes such as LEED and Green Globes, as well as supporting the firm-wide Sustainability Framework and Building Performance Analytics Initiative. The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert to project teams and staff, providing information and expertise regarding sustainable ideas, systems and products, while coordinating with project teams to ensure an integrated design process. This position is directed by the firm’s Director of Sustainable Design and work closely with other Page sustainability experts on not only project work, but in the implementation of internal initiatives including, but not limited to: The integration of sustainability into design; tracking and reporting key performance metrics; Staff training and resource development; and promoting corporate responsibility across the firm’s operations.


    • Prepare, maintain and submit LEED and other green building certification documentation.
    • Review certification documentation by others for completeness, clarity and quality and track efforts to meet scheduled milestones and deadlines for submittal.
    • Coordinate with design team members during all project phases. Document and communicate discussions and resolutions with project team members to align deliverables to the project scope.
    • Using Revit-based tools, perform early design performance modeling including, but not limited to: Daylighting; Parametric energy analysis, and Life Cycle Cost Analysis.
    • Research and present green building strategies and analyses to clients and design teams.
    • Assist in researching incentive programs to promote the implementation of sustainability in projects.
    • Maintain knowledge of all state and federal regulations and relevant professional standards and keep abreast of the latest advancements and strategies around holistic sustainable solutions.
    • Help track and maintain project/design data required for 2030 Commitment reporting, AIA Honor Awards, and other industry recognition programs. Assist in the development of the annual Page Corporate Sustainability Report.
    • Develop and present topics for staff education and grow firm-wide resources aimed at promoting a better integration of high performance and health strategies


    The successful candidate will have the ability to evaluate complex projects for compliance with sustainability program goals and performance goals. Additionally qualifications include: 


    • LEED Accreditation with specialty with a minimum of two years' experience managing sustainability certification processes and working with LEED online. Knowledge of multiple sustainability rating and certification systems preferred.
    • Experience with Revit and the Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Experience with Building Performance Analytics tools including daylight analysis tools and early energy modeling tools.
    • Basic knowledge of building systems and construction techniques.
    • Knowledge of resilient design, material health, and social sustainability issues a plus.
    • Knowledge of Federal High Performance Requirements and mandates preferred.
    • Detail oriented and organized with proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Analytical thinker with strong problem solving and communications skills.
    • Available for occasional travel within the US.
