    • As part of the Page marketing team, produce and ensure the delivery of top quality, on-time and effective proposals and presentations. Manage the project pursuit process to ensure that content is well written and graphically strong.
    • Prepare agenda for and conduct weekly marketing meetings with firm leaders, and follow up on action items.
    • Maintain marketing/leads reports using Deltek Vision software.
    • Research and identify rising business and networking opportunities and build long-term relationships with prospects to develop a deep pipeline and keep the company ahead of customer patterns, trends, and competition in the market.
    • Work closely with business development, market and practice leaders, and other staff to establish priorities and protocols for responding to RFP’s and other marketing related inquiries.
    • Oversee the maintenance of marketing-related files, including proposals, interview materials, images, resumes, project data sheets, etc.
    • Develop and maintain a strong business network and participate in professional and community organizations.
    • Create and implement marketing, web-content, and social media strategies that enhance Page’s brand value.


    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications, English, Graphic Design or related design field, such as Architecture, Planning, or Landscape Architecture.
    • 5-8 years of marketing/BD experience within the A/E/C industry or professional services environment.
    • Strong writing and graphic skills are required, as are excellent communications, interpersonal and time management skills.
    • Experience with MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite software is mandatory. Vision CRM or compatible software skills are a plus.
    • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently as work demands and staff availability vary from week to week.
    • Ability to remain flexible and seek alternative options to resolve problems.
    • Highly personable and comfortable engaging with other professionals at industry events and conferences.
