We are seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to join a national multidisciplinary architectural and engineering firm of 450-plus people and provide project and administrative support for our 50+ architect and design staff at our local NW DC office. This position is fast paced and deadline driven. The ideal individual should be able to multitask, work well under pressure, and pay heavy attention to detail.


Duties Include:

  • Assist project managers and design team with submittals, specifications, packages, and document control

  • Send drawings or other correspondence to client, consultants, reprographics through Newforma

  • Check over/verify proper document delivery

  • Organize and track tasks between disciplines

  • Acting as the primary contact for Construction Administration

  • Producing Project Reports

  • Download incoming information for PMs as requested

  • Update index sheets and print drawings in AutoCAD and/or Revit


  • Intermediate to advanced users of Microsoft office.

  • Architectural/ Engineering experience a plus.

  • Self-Motivated

  • Organized, Responsible, Takes initiative

  • Willingness to learn

  • Reliable/ Dependable
