Page DC is seeking an Administrative Office Manager to manage the many detailed aspects of the day-to-day operations of our professional services firm.

Responsibilities

  • Take direct responsibility for travel management, business meeting planning and special event planning; such as holiday parties and retirement parties
  • Interface with vendors, suppliers, courier services and the landlord’s property management company
  • Assist with assuring that all visitors, guests and clients are treated with a high level of sophistication and professionalism
  • Partner with Page Human Resources to assist in carrying out HR related duties specific to the DC office
  • Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping and payroll responsibilities including reconciling and processes invoices and statements, reviewing employee timesheets for correctness and managing payroll changes
  • Supervise the duties and responsibilities of the receptionist and other support staff
  • Provide occasional direct support to Page/DC’s two Senior Principals in matters requiring discretion and confidentiality

Qualifications

  • Five years of experience working as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant
  • Previous HR and Accounting experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office software
  • Must be dependable, organized, and be able to work independently
  • Outgoing and team-oriented nature with ability to multi-task
  • Though not a prerequisite for employment, you will be asked to submit through our company for a federal government security clearance
