Page’s Predictive Analytics Group is a leading provider of facility design optimization services. Page’s leadership has set the standard for the integration of discrete event computer simulation and optimization tools, Lean process design, Six Sigma statistical analysis, and work measurement and work space mapping, thereby allowing our architectural practice to deliver objective, quantitative analysis of alternative designs that uniquely predict the and financial performance of our clients' future facilities. 


  • Utilizes discrete event simulation software, statistical analysis programs, and Six Sigma techniques, and work measurement and work space mapping tools to analyze and optimize the performance of healthcare, workspace and other environments
  • Sorts through complex cause-and-effect relationships that determine system performance
  • Demonstrates good, clear and concise communication to ensure a purposeful model is built and that the objectives, assumptions, and results of the study are understood
  • Interprets input and output data
  • Communicates with owners, stakeholders, customers through simulation study
  • Develops budgets and costs for each four primary stages of work




  • BS degree in Industrial Engineering 
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities
  • Solid foundation in statistics and the design of experiments
  • Strong report communication skills
  • Organizational and engineering skills
  • Correctly analyzes and interprets input/output data
  • Candidate's academic training, work experience and long term career objectives all demonstrate a concentration in the data collection, analysis and simulation components of this work.
  • Experience, in school or on the job, working with discrete event simulation tools such as Simio (preferred), MedModel, Arena, Simul8, AnyLogic, Witness or FlexSim HC
  • Strong detail orientation and methodical work habits
  • Works well both independently and as part of a multifaceted team
  • Computer programming (C, Basic, Visual Basic)
  • Ability to implement ActiveX
  • Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, statistical analysis)
  • Knowledge of Minitab or other similar tool
  • Data visualization skills using Excel, Tableau, or other similar tool
  • Knowledge of Access and/or MS SQL
