This position is a good fit for candidates who are interested in exposure to the design consulting sector, with opportunities for assistance on planning and design projects. This is a part-time position. 

Duties include:


  • Manage incoming phone calls and greet office visitors
  • Manage office supplies and equipment (copy machine, etc.) and organize office space
  • Receive and coordinate incoming/outgoing shipments (courier, overnight, mail)
  • Order food and otherwise coordinate office lunch meetings
  • Support the Office Manager
  • Support firm project and marketing efforts including assistance in layout of reports and other materials
  • Conduct research in support of staff projects
  • Make travel arrangements for staff and assist in the preparation of expense reports
  • Provide filing and clerical/administrative support as needed including editing, copying, etc.
  • Identify opportunities to support all office staff, in coordination with the Office Manager, and enhance the office environment and systems




  • Available to work 20-24 hours per week on a fixed schedule
  • Excellent communication skills including English language proficiency and ability to answer multi-line phone system
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office software strongly preferred
  • Must be dependable, organized, and be able to work independently
  • Outgoing and team-oriented nature with ability to multi-task and prioritize
