We are currently seeking a Sr. Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Sr. Marketing Coordinator at Page, you will be responsible for working with senior management, market and practice leaders, and the marketing studio to develop and implement marketing organization and strategies that align us to win projects.

 

Responsibilities:

  • As part of the Central Services Marketing Group (CSMG), manages, produces and ensures the delivery of top quality, on-time and effective proposals, qualifications packages, presentations and marketing materials.  Acts as process driver to ensure the most efficient procedures and protocols are in place. 
  • Manages the overall pursuit process to ensure that overall theme, technical scope, staff qualifications, and experience are accurate, well written, and graphically pleasing. Jointly owns, with the project executive, the contents for all proposal documents.
  • Assists with developing, designing, coordinating, producing, editing, proofing and delivering high quality submittals and accompanying marketing materials.
  • Research local market to monitor economics and identify key people, trends and project opportunities with market and practice leaders.
  • Provides input and collaboration to help establish priorities and protocols for responding to RFP’s and other marketing related inquiries.  Works closely with marketing, business development, practice leaders, and project delivery staff when producing proposals, etc.  Responds to their priorities and direction.
  • Provides or directs the initial mock-up of proposals for office marketing leaders.  Writes portions of the proposals as appropriate.
  • Establishes and manages timeline and delegation of assignments as needed to complete effective submittals.
  • Ensures schedules are met and the various aspects of proposals, presentations, and other marketing activities are accurate and delivered in a timely manner. 
  • Participate in interview preparation, coaching, practice sessions as well as oversee production of leave behinds and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Supervises the maintenance and supply of marketing materials and equipment.
  • Develops, writes and manages production of specialty brochures, mailers, announcements, etc.
  • Responsible for and manages the writing and updating of new project and staff resumes to be used for marketing purposes.
  • Coordinates or obtains information needed from consultant firms to be included in proposals or at presentations.
  • Coordinates services of outside graphics and reprographic vendors for marketing purposes when needed.
  • Oversees the maintenance of the marketing databases and files (electronic and paper), for proposals, interview materials, images, resumes, project data sheets, PowerPoint presentations, consultant lists and others as necessary.
  • Oversees the maintenance of weekly and monthly marketing reports/leads.
  • Responsible for accuracy of information populated into existing CRM System (Deltek Vision).
  • May be involved with or lead the photography of completed projects.
  • May attend pre-proposal conferences, professional meetings or other marketing-related events as appropriate.
  • Coordinates the preparation of press releases and articles for publication (internal and external).
  • Interacts with Page marketing staff in other offices to obtain/exchange information as needed. Helps to level the workload of the CSMG. 

 

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Ideal candidate will have, at a minimum, a bachelor degree in either Marketing /Communications, English, Graphic Design or related design field, such as Architecture, Planning, or Landscape Planning.
  • Experience working within Architectural/Engineering firms a plus.
  • The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in marketing and proposal coordination within the A/E/C industry.
  • Strong writing and graphic skills are a must, as are excellent communications, interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Experience in MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (CS4 or above) software packages is mandatory. Deltek Vision CRM, or compatible software skills are a plus.
